Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements


Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (aligned with U.S. Consumer Rights Act) and meet fitness product-specific hygiene and quality criteria for rebeccat Store.

Eligible Items


  • Unused, Unopened, Original Packaging: Foam rollers (still in factory-sealed plastic wrap—critical for hygiene); smart scales (unopened, all accessories included, no signs of use).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., foam roller core cracking, smart scale display malfunctioning, inaccurate weight readings, broken Bluetooth connectivity) or shipping damage (e.g., crushed foam roller box, dented smart scale packaging).
  • Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., low-density foam roller instead of high-density, basic scale instead of smart scale, wrong color foam roller).
  • Safety Concerns: Products that fail to meet U.S. safety standards (e.g., foam roller material containing toxic chemicals, smart scale with electrical hazards)—we offer full refunds + free return shipping for these cases.

Non-Eligible Items


  • Used Items: Foam rollers that have been removed from factory-sealed packaging (due to hygiene regulations—contact with skin may transfer bacteria); smart scales with signs of use (scratches on display, battery installed, app synced).
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized foam rollers (e.g., engraved with a name) or smart scales with custom user profiles cannot be returned unless defective—we confirm this before processing custom orders for rebeccat Store.
  • Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged from improper use (e.g., foam roller cut with sharp objects, smart scale dropped, scale used beyond weight limits).

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

    • Full name, order number, delivery address.
    • Product details (e.g., “High-Density Foam Roller 36in,” “Bluetooth Smart Scale with Body Fat Tracking”).
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “foam roller is too soft,” “smart scale gives inaccurate readings,” “received wrong density foam roller”).
    • Supporting Evidence:
      • Damaged/defective items: Clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., cracked foam roller core, blank smart scale display, unresponsive Bluetooth) and original packaging.
      • Incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product to your order confirmation (e.g., low-density vs. high-density label, basic vs. smart scale).


    We approve/deny requests within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved—do not return items without an RA number (unauthorized returns are rejected by rebeccat Store).

  2. Prepare the Item:

    • Foam Rollers: Repackage in the original factory-sealed plastic and box—if the box is damaged, contact us for a replacement shipping bag (we provide it for free).
    • Smart Scales: Repack with all accessories (batteries, user manual, USB cable) in original box—wrap the scale in bubble wrap to avoid display scratches.

  3. Arrange Return Shipping:

    • Defective/Incorrect/Safety Issues: We send a pre-paid USPS/FedEx label—drop off at your nearest location within 7 days.
    • Change of Mind: You pay return shipping ($4.99 flat fee for all items) — use a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.

3. Refund & Exchange Timelines


  • Refunds: Processed 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds include:

    • Faulty/incorrect/safety issues: Full product price + original delivery fee (no deductions).
    • Change of mind: Product price minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee (to cover repackaging and hygiene checks for resalable items).

      Refunds go to your original payment method—banks may take 3–5 days to credit funds.

  • Exchanges:

    • Same-product replacement (e.g., new high-density foam roller for defective one, new smart scale for inaccurate one): Shipped within 5–7 business days—free delivery from rebeccat Store.
    • Type/density exchange (e.g., low-density to high-density foam roller, basic to smart scale): Processed once the return is verified. Pay the price difference (if new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper).
